2011 | 11 | 16 Matthias Flierl visits new VDE test centre in Offenbach

The VDE, the Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies, inaugurated its new test centre for photo- and spectrometry in Offenbach on 9 November. There, the engineers test LEDs, lights and lamps according to the established standards and laws for the lighting industry.
Press Agency Krampitz employee Matthias Flierl listened to presentations, looked over the shoulders of the measurement technicians and took part in the inauguration festivities. With the information he collected, he is writing several professional articles for electrical engineering trade journals.
